From the first point of contact to delivery of my furbabies beautiful birthday cakes, V.I.Pets Bakery have been amazing! Tarnia is such a lovely lady and even accommodated my request over Christmas as my boys birthday is 30th Dec. The cakes and iced bones were beautifully made and my dogs were delighted with them. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent customer service, great products and awesome tasting so the dogs tell me. Had a mixture of treats for our doggy Halloween party and most recently had a heart shaped birthday cake. Tarnia goes above and beyond to deliver quality treats. Highly recommend to all follow dog owners.
I ordered a birthday cake for my Pups 1st Birthday, and it looked amazing.
Judging by the way he wolfed it down, he thought it tasted pretty great too! Love the box was personalised and it was super sweet of you to send the personalised bone as he loved that too.
I was impressed with the customer service and the cake arrived safely, right when it was supposed to! Thank you again, we will definitely be back :-)

I have been buying and making birthday cakes for my dogs over many years. The cake I ordered from VIPets bakery stands... head and shoulders above the rest! I actually got quite emotional when I opened it. The cake is a proper ‘cake’ - not dry or hard - there are little hand decorated bone biscuits and lots of personal touches. It really does feel special and the customer service could not have been better. Thank you so much and please keep doing what you do as I will now need at least 2 orders every year for the foreseeable future and probably many more too!read more
