When You Place an Order

When you place your order with the Bakery, you will be sent a confirmation email. 

The order then goes into the system to be baked freshly and sent to you two days before your celebration.

You can add an order note onto the checkout comments section if you would like your order delivered any sooner.

Last Minute Requests

Last minute requests can be accommodated if the order is placed and paid for by 9 am of the date you would like the order sending out.  This gives me time to bake, cool and decorate before going off to the Post Office by 4.45pm.  This also applies for order collections.

Shipping and Postage Options

Postage is with Royal Mail and you can choose which service you require at the checkout.  We have 1st Class, 2nd Class and GND.

There are extra charges for Next Day Guaranteed Delivery and Special Delivery on a Saturday.  Please ensure you choose the right service for your order.

Ways to Pay

At the moment there are four different methods for Payment.  We use PayPal, Cash Payments, Contactless Card Payments and Direct Bank Transfer.

The details for paying using these methods will come up when you reach the end of the checkout process.

You can pay on collection if you prefer.
